Tanel’s musical journey on the double bass started from punk, and has by now gone through various stages, reaching as far as managing symphony orchestras. He is attracted to large set-pieces, to several of which he has contributed. “What I like about folk music is the enormous energy that can be called up if you approach it at the correct angle.”
